Job Description

We are seeing an Office Operations Assistant who provides support in the day-to-day activities and tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of our office. Their responsibilities include a variety of administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with general office operations.

This role often involves collaborating with other team members, maintaining office efficiency, and contributing to the overall productivity of the workplace. The specific tasks and responsibilities can vary depending on the organization’s needs and structure.


  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Ensure efficient office organization
  • Oversee stock & inventory
  • Manage the entire building, including maintenance (electrical, A/C, ventilation, security system)
  • Supervise cleaning units and implement security systems
  • Deal with property-related issues
  • Manage car insurances and other services
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Identify areas for improvement in office processes and implement enhancements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adapt office processes accordingly
  • Provide assistance to C-level executives and directors
  • Help when needed in customs or other social services
  • Manage ordering items and addressing floor-related requests
  • Assist in human resources functions, including onboarding and employee relations
  • Support HR with corporate events.
