Job Description

SpectrumBPO is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FBA Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help Amazon sellers recover funds they’re owed due to lost inventory, warehouse mishandling, and shipping damages. Using our proven FBA Reimbursement Services, you’ll audit past transactions, identify unclaimed reimbursements, and work directly with Amazon to secure recovery.
