Job Description
Our events refer to a series of global iGaming and emerging tech events organized our Group. We initially focused on the iGaming industry in Malta. Over time, we have expanded our scope and established as a leading international event organizer in the iGaming, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors.Our Group events bring together industry professionals, stakeholders, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world to discuss the latest trends, innovations, challenges, and opportunities in the gaming and tech industries. These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.Events have gained recognition and popularity within the iGaming and tech communities, attracting a diverse range of participants, including operators, affiliates, regulators, suppliers, investors, and service providers. The events provide a platform for industry professionals to showcase their products, services, and expertise, as well as to foster meaningful connections and partnerships in a dynamic and engaging environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Recording of accounting entries/transactions on a daily basis in an accurate and timely manner
- Perform various reconciliations, mainly for the company bank accounts
- Preparation of bank payments on a daily basis
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Assist with VAT returns and VIES calculations
- Providing information/reports to external advisors
- Any other duties allocated by your supervisor
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting or in a related field;
- 2 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;
- Knowledge of Accounting software will be considered as an advantage;
- Fluency in the English language, oral and written;
- Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
