We specialize in providing comprehensive financial solutions tailored to meet the needs of modern businesses. Our core offerings include corporate bank accounts, debit cards, and online payment methods, all designed to streamline financial operations and enhance the efficiency of our clients.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join our team in Cyprus,
Managing operations in both of our companies in Cyprus and Netherland.
You will be involved in various finance-related tasks, including bank reconciliations, expense posting, customer billing and collection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations Management: Oversee daily financial activities, including meticulous bookkeeping and payments.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Efficiently record bills, prepare and reconcile payments.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Month-End Closure: Skilfully prepare trial balances, generate reports, and compile materials for the monthly closing of company books.
- Reconciliations: conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, ensuring alignment of data.
- Payroll Support: Assist in administering payroll processes accurately and promptly.
- Budget Coordination: Develop, manage, and track the global budget, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Cash Flow Management: Deliver daily cash flow reports and forecasts.
- Tax and VAT Preparation: Prepare and submit tax and VAT reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in interaction with banks, tax authorities, auditors
- Analytical Prowess: Possess strong analytical abilities and excellent Excel skills.
- Language Proficiency: High-level proficiency in English
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, is advantageous.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- ACCA qualification will be considered as an advantage
