Propeller ads is looking for a new Account Manager!
- Leading a portfolio of advertisers, helping them grow and improve the results;
- Full customer support at all stages of business cycle;
- Achieving companies and personal plans and KPI’s;
- Analytics of current results, further optimisation in order to increase sales turnover and results of the advertisers;
- English language as native or professional level, another language is a plus;
- Experience in building and nurturing partnership relations;
- Creation and implementation of business development strategy;
- Experience in AdTech industry: Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing;
- Ability to work with and analyse large amount of information;
- Energetic and driven by nature, self-motivated and proactive;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

It’s a full-time job position with a hybrid working system. Your work schedule can be flexible from 10 am to 6 pm or from 11 am to 7 pm. As soon as you finish your onboarding process it can be even more flexible!
Also we have breakfasts and lunches in our office, snacks, ice cream and friendly environment.
As for the salary: we have a fixed part and a bonus. The bonus is paid every 3 months and another one once a year.
