I recently participated in the hiring process at this company. The entire process gave off a scam-like vibe that the company is seeking unpaid ideas under the guise of interviews. They ask to devote no less than 4 days to a test assignment, and I wouldn’t recommend doing that unless you want to work for free. Furthermore, the sales manager was smoking during the interview. Along with her rude style of communication it raises doubts about the company's commitment to professionalism.
