KDC Chartered Accountants is an independent, medium sized audit firm founded in 2008 after the mutual agreement of the foundation partners, to leave their careers in an international Big Four audit firm and to establish their own firm in Nicosia.

The firm distinguishes itself from other audit firms as it focuses solely on the provision of audit and tax services and does not undertake activities such as company formation and other fiduciary services. Driven by the professionalism, capability and dedication of the partners is experiencing rapid growth.

We believe that “No servant can serve two masters, either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other” As such, the firm is currently operating a departmental partner approach with each partner specializing in a specific field.  This enable us to specialize and respond to our clients in a timely manner in an ever demanding global environment.

The firm has recently established its new offices in Limassol, to better serve their international and domestic clients’ needs.

As a modern audit firm we are able to innovate, embrace new technology and offer our services in a friendly and forward thinking way.
