Job Description

For our B2PRIME business unit, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to take full ownership of a dedicated sales territory.Your goal will be to own and grow B2PRIME’s retail client base by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving deposit growth across all B2PRIME entities. Full commercial responsibility include lead generation → conversion → retention → upsell → revenue contribution.This is a hunter + farmer role.If you are a deal-maker who wants uncapped earning potential based on New Client Acquisition, Portfolio Growth, and Transaction Volume, this is your seat.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Client Book OwnershipOwn a personal book of clients with full commercial accountabilityGrow revenue via:New retail and professional client acquisition across all B2PRIME jurisdictions (CY, SC, BH, ZA, MU)Deposit growth and trading volume expansion across your bookResponsible for client acquisition targets, deposit targets, and trading volume KPIsNew Client Acquisition (Hunter)Actively prospect and convert new retail and professional traders (warm leads, cold outreach, partnerships, events)Run the full client journey: Discovery → product demo → onboarding support → first deposit → active tradingIdentify and onboard high-value traders and professional clientsBuild and manage an IB (Introducing Broker) network to scale acquisitionAccount Expansion (Farmer)Grow existing client deposits and trading activityIdentify upgrade opportunities (retail → professional, single product → multi-asset)Maintain direct relationships with high-value clientsReduce churn through proactive engagement and support escalationCommercial ExecutionNegotiate IB commission structures and partnership termsWork closely with:→ Marketing (campaigns, landing pages, regional targeting)→ Compliance/KYC (fast onboarding, entity routing)→ Support team (client retention, issue resolution)→ Product/platforms team (cTrader, B2TRADER feedback)Ensure fast onboarding-to-first-trade conversionRequirementsPerfect English (written & spoken)Proven experience in retail forex/CFD brokerage:→ Client acquisition, sales, or business development at a retail broker→ Understanding of the retail trading client lifecycleTrack record of:→ Growing a client book with measurable deposit and volume targets→ Building and managing IB/affiliate networks→ Converting leads into active, funded tradersStrong understanding of:→ Multi-asset CFD products (forex, metals, indices, crypto CFDs)→ Trading platforms (cTrader, MT4/MT5)→ Regulatory differences across jurisdictions (CySEC, FSA, SCB)→ Client segmentation (retail vs professional classification)Hands-on, commercially driven, target-orientedWhat do we offer?At B2BROKER, we’re not just building the future of fintech — we’re building the team that makes it happen. Required skills
