The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and overseeing strategic sales initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring sales targets are met, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company objectives.QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship managementStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in market analysis and the ability to identify growth opportunitiesLeadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales teamProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales reporting softwareStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with the transport, shipping, or logistics industry is highly valuedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English;Main Tasks:Sales & Client Acquisition- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across freight forwarding and logistics services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets· Market Expansion & Agency Development- Explore and onboard new international and regional agency partnerships- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth areas- Increase LGL’s market share through strategic outreach and brand positioning· Reporting & Analysis- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback- Deliver quarterly business reviews and market analysis to management, including KPIs and strategic recommendations· Strategic Planning & Execution- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities- Develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to support growth objectives- Represent LGL at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums- Performance Expectations- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets- Expand customer base and agency network- Deliver timely and insightful reports- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market positioningLocation : Cyprus , Nicosia Apply Now: [email protected] are required to be available in Cyprus and can join with short notice
