Finance Business Partner – Ads & Commercial GrowthLocation: Cyprus / Kazakhstan Working model: Hybrid (flexible / remote in Cyprus) Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 (flexible depending on experience)Our ClientWe are supporting a high-growth, global technology business in hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner to support a rapidly scaling Ads and Commercial Growth function.About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support a fast-growing Ads and Commercial Growth function within a high-growth technology business.You will take ownership of commercial finance for the Ads business, including forecasting, performance tracking, and acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders. In addition, you will support broader commercial analysis through marketing ROI insights and product-led growth modelling.This is a highly impactful role where you will build financial frameworks from the ground up, challenge growth assumptions, and deliver critical insights to support scaling decisions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & ForecastingOwn the annual budgeting process and multi-year forecasts for the Ads businessDevelop driver-based revenue models across formats, placements, and marketsBuild scenario models to assess growth strategies and investment requirementsDeliver rolling forecasts with clear assumptions and risk analysisPerformance Tracking & AnalysisProduce weekly and monthly performance dashboards (actual vs plan)Lead deep-dive variance analysis to identify key revenue driversTrack key metrics including inventory utilisation, fill rates, and eCPMDevelop forward-looking indicators to highlight risks and opportunities earlyStrategic Finance PartneringBuild and maintain financial models linking user activity to revenuePartner closely with commercial, product, and sales teamsChallenge assumptions and validate ambitious growth targetsAssess risks across monetisation strategy and scaling plansRevenue Governance & Deal SupportSupport revenue recognition for complex commercial agreementsEstablish financial frameworks for partnerships, resellers, and agenciesValidate reported revenue against delivery and contractual termsDevelop governance standards for new deal structuresNew Product & Partnership ModellingBuild business cases for new advertising products and featuresEvaluate partnership opportunities and underlying unit economicsSupport strategic initiatives including expansion and platform developmentMarketing & Growth AnalyticsDevelop frameworks to measure marketing ROI and user monetisationAnalyse cross-functional drivers of growth and engagementSupport product-led growth initiatives and loyalty programme economicsReporting & CommunicationBuild automated reporting and dashboards using BI/planning toolsPrepare executive-level performance summaries and recommendationsSupport senior leadership, investor, and board materialsTranslate complex metrics into clear, actionable insightsKey Requirements4–5 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partneringExperience in digital advertising, marketplaces, or ad tech strongly preferredStrong understanding of advertising metrics (impressions, fill rate, eCPM, CPM/CPC)Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skillsProven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholdersCommercial mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisionsExperience building financial processes in fast-growing or ambiguous environmentsDesirableExperience with planning or BI tools (e.g. Workday, Tableau or similar)Knowledge of marketing attribution and ROI measurementExposure to scaling digital or platform-based business modelsWhat’s on OfferSalary: €55,000 – €70,000 (flexible depending on experience)Flexible hybrid / remote workingLocation: Cyprus / Kazakhstan (relocation support available if required)Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling international businessHigh-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadershipOwnership of a critical and growing business unitFast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong career progression opportunities
