Location: Cyprus (Office-based)
Salary: €1,350 gross per month
Bonus: Up to €100 per month
Contract: Full-time
Reporting to: Operations Lead (Ria Piskitzis)

Role overview

We are looking for a highly organised Customer Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our operations. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role suited to someone who is calm under pressure and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

This role is not basic customer service — it requires strong admin skills, ownership of tasks, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer communications (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Schedule and reschedule jobs accurately
  • Maintain clean and accurate job records
  • Handle first-line customer issues within defined guidelines
  • Chase information and close operational loops
  • Flag problems early and escalate when required

What this role does NOT do

  • Make pricing or margin decisions
  • Handle complex or hostile complaints alone
  • Approve refunds or goodwill gestures
