As a Junior Catering Manager, you’ll be working closely with Catering Operations Manager and oversee our catering operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate catering events, from planning to execution.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and clients.
  • Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and inventory control.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors for quality and efficiency.
  • Drive sales and business development for catering services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position within catering division or in a similar role in hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
