Job Description

As a Junior Catering Manager, you’ll be working closely with Catering Operations Manager and oversee our catering operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate catering events, from planning to execution.
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and clients.
- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage budgets, costs, and inventory control.
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors for quality and efficiency.
- Drive sales and business development for catering services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position within catering division or in a similar role in hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
