Job Description

Ultimate Traders is looking to hire smart and innovative people for Cyprus Office!

We are currently looking to hire an awesome Customer Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via live chat, email and/or telephone
  • Resolve client queries and provide support when required
  • Be the liaison between client’s requests, customer service and back office operations
  • Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays
  • Provide a quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account
  • Promote the Company’s services

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Business fluency in English language, both verbal and written is a mustPrevious relevant experience in a similar online customer support (emails/live chat) role is a mustPrevious experiences with CRM systems and Discord will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Good time management and priority handling skills
