Job Description
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Associate responsible for conducting property viewings and showcasing the features and benefits of properties to prospective clients. This position is focused solely on assisting clients during the viewing process, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience while considering potential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct property viewings, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the property, including layout, amenities, and key selling points.
- Answer questions from potential buyers or renters during viewings, offering detailed information and addressing concerns.
- Tailor property presentations to meet the interests and requirements of individual clients.
- Ensure the property is presented in an appealing and organized manner before the viewing.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (sales or customer service preferred) considered a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry considered a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A valid driver’s license and access to transportation (for property viewings
