The Head of Digital Marketing plays a critical role in driving the issuing company’s digital growth and success by developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that engage target audiences, drive traffic and conversions, and ultimately contribute to achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to: website, mobile apps, email, social media, search engines and display advertising;
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives;
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email and social media;
- Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website, social media profiles, and other digital assets, to enhance user experience and drive engagement;
- Analyze digital marketing performance data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement and innovation;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, products, IT, compliance and legal to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives;
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals (in-house and outsourced);
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and channels based on their potential for driving results and ROI;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to CEO to demonstrate the impact of digital marketing on business outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred;
- 3 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices, including but not limited to: SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising;
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and gain insights into user behavior;
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders;
- Stress mitigation skills;
- Ability to work within a tight time frame.
