What will you do: 

• To strictly adhere to established hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen; maintain a clean and organized workplace; follow food safety guidelines; and consistently implement practices that ensure a safe and healthy culinary environment.
• To have a good understanding of the different chemicals used and how to use them correctly, and train the juniors on their proper handling.
• To ensure a clean and organised kitchen through effective handling, disposal and recycling of waste generated in the kitchen. 
• To support the kitchen team by washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring all utensils are cleaned and available during service time.  

What you will need:

• Communication skills
• Organizational time and management
• Good level of English and Greek
