Requirements:

Experience with Rhino and enthusiasm to learn REVIT on the job. AutoCAD helpful.

Duties:

Assist project architects in developing conceptual designs, massing studies, and spatial layouts.
Conduct precedent research and site analysis to inform the early stages of design.
Produce 3D digital and potentially physical models.
Participate in internal design reviews and contribute thoughts to project reviews.
Draft 2D plans, sections, and elevations for planning, tender, and construction packages.
Design and layout presentation boards and reports.
