Trading System Operator

Our client, a boutique algorithmic trading firm with a global footprint, operating successfully for several years across multiple markets are looking for a Trading System Operator to join their operations in Limassol. The role is designed for analytically minded individuals who want to build a career in systematic trading and financial markets.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and oversee automated trading systems in real time.
• Ensure smooth daily operation and respond to system or market events.
• Analyse trading activity and system performance.
• Stay informed on key developments in financial markets and relevant assets.

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
• Degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Exposure to trading, finance, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with financial news and market structure.
• Familiarity with Python programming language, Cursor, Claude.

Working setup

• No prior trading experience required as full training will be provided.
• Working hours are evening shifts from 15:30 to 23:30 Monday- Friday.
• Ability to work on Cyprus public holidays.
• Salary offered between 1,800- 2,000 EUR gross.
