We're working with a growing international business looking for a Junior Finance \& Accounting Officer to join its finance team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure across international payments, banking and EMIs, reconciliations, reporting, VAT, KYC and FX, while working directly with the Group Financial Controller.

What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing payments, including international transfers
* Handling invoicing and collection processes
* Communicating directly with banks and Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs)
* Preparing monthly liquidity and payment reports
* Completing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
* Supporting VAT and tax reporting across different jurisdictions
* Assisting with KYC and onboarding for banks and EMIs
* Working alongside auditors and external financial advisors
* Researching potential new banking partnerships
* Monitoring daily FX rates and supporting currency conversion decisions
* Assisting with wider finance projects and ad hoc requirements
++What We're Looking For++
We'd like to speak with someone who has:
* A BSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
* Around 1--3 years' experience within finance or accounting
* Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
* The ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
* Experience within an online or digital business, particularly involving online payments or EMIs, would be a strong advantage.
