About Audinc
Audinc designs and produces custom-made hearing protection and sleep earplugs for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. Our production lab and international office are based in Paphos. We are a small, hands-on team – you will work directly with the founder.
Your role
• Help customers (NL/BE) with questions about their orders by phone and e-mail
• Handle complaints and returns and resolve them properly
• Maintain contact with business customers and dealers
• Prepare quotations for companies and follow them up
• Keep orders and customer data up to date in our ERP system
What we are looking for
• Native or near-native Dutch (required) and good English
• Living in or near Paphos – this is an on-site role
• Customer-oriented, accurate and comfortable on the phone
• Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
