Description
Frangos Law , a well-established and leading Cyprus law firm with an extensive legal practice and international clientele, is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate Lawyer to join its growing Athens office in Kolonaki.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support across civil, real estate, corporate and commercial matters, working with domestic and international clients on transactions, investment projects and general legal advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on civil, contractual, real estate, corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, including commercial agreements, sale and purchase agreements, construction contracts and leases.
- Handle real estate transactions, including legal due diligence, title reviews and coordination with relevant authorities and professionals.
- Assist with corporate transactions, share deals, company incorporations and general business advisory.
- Provide legal support on investment-related matters, including transactions connected with the Greek Golden Visa programme.
- Prepare legal opinions, conduct legal research and monitor legislative developments.
- Liaise with clients, public authorities and external advisers, including on cross-border matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB or equivalent) and admission to a Greek Bar Association.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil, real estate, corporate and/or commercial law.
- Strong legal drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the Greek Golden Visa programme will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Postgraduate qualification (LLM or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
