IC Markets is looking to hire a Web Designer.

Job Description:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product management and developers
• Translate requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and present them accordingly
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Design digital features for the company’s products
• Present designs and prototypes to stakeholders with clear reasoning behind the decisions made for the designs
• Conduct layout adjustments based on stakeholder feedback
• Update existing designs with simplicity in mind
• Brainstorm new web design ideas and keep up to date with the latest trends

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Experience in Digital Product Design
• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma and Adobe Suite
• Ability to translate complex requirements onto simple UI concepts
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
• Creative and passionate about graphic/web design
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English
