Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Vendor Relationship Specialist

As a Vendor Relationship Specialist. you will be responsible for the management of Payment Department partnerships. Post launch, you will act as a key stakeholder for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Overseeing communications on BAU topics, undertaking quarterly performance reviews, identifying product development opportunities and re-negotiation of commercial terms when appropriate.


You will:

  • Manage all contracts and ensure they are reviewed in accordance with department strategy
  • Lead pricing re-negotiations for all products to ensure best commercial conditions and cost reductions
  • Undertake quarterly performance evaluations with providers to improve product performance and ensure SLA delivery
  • Work with providers to identify new product opportunities to support Exness expansion in both Established and New Markets
  • Collaborate with other Payment Teams and internal stakeholders to ensure issue prioritization and resolution
  • Contribute to the development of the payment product roadmap
  • In conjunction with Knowledge Management, ensure key changes are communicated in a timely manager


The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5+ years experience working within online high risk merchant sector
  • Expertise working with online payment sectors including Cards and APM’s
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships with 3rd party vendors
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations
  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate positive outcomes for Exness
  • Ability to work in a fast paced pressurized environment.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and deliver in line with Department objectives
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, Mandarin and Portuguese would be advantageous)
