Job Description
Melco Resorts is looking to hire a Supervisor, Restaurant.
Primary Responsibilities
- Works and provides supervision in assigned section or Outlet, ensuring all F&B Standard Operating Procedures are followed
- Exhibits a thorough understanding of all related services and products and the ability to recommend and upsell alternatives
- Assists with the readiness of the Outlet for service
- Ensures that all Outlet employees are familiar with the products and services, current promotions, policies and other important information
- Ensures that working stations and all equipment are organized, clean and tidy at all times
- Assists to maximize employee productivity using proper allocation and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests
- Liaises with all Departments to ensure the high standards of customer service and conflict situations are resolved
- Assists in handling guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
- Evaluates employee’s performance and identifies training needs
- Provides support to the staff through training, mentoring and coaching
- Assists to ensure the punctuality and appearance of all Outlet employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards
- Attends daily briefings and ensures information is passed on appropriately
- Ensures timely reporting of malfunctioning or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area
- Assists the Management with administrative tasks such as breakage reports and notice board updates
- Adheres to all Company policies and procedures
- Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors
- Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of similar working experience in Food & Beverage operations
Education
- High School diploma
- Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is an advantage

- Possesses strong time management skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Business written communication skills
- Excellent command of English is mandatory, Greek and other languages highly regarded
