Job Description

Melco Resorts is looking to hire a Supervisor, Restaurant.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works and provides supervision in assigned section or Outlet, ensuring all F&B Standard Operating Procedures are followed
  • Exhibits a thorough understanding of all related services and products and the ability to recommend and upsell alternatives
  • Assists with the readiness of the Outlet for service
  • Ensures that all Outlet employees are familiar with the products and services, current promotions, policies and other important information
  • Ensures that working stations and all equipment are organized, clean and tidy at all times
  • Assists to maximize employee productivity using proper allocation and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests
  • Liaises with all Departments to ensure the high standards of customer service and conflict situations are resolved
  • Assists in handling guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Evaluates employee’s performance and identifies training needs
  • Provides support to the staff through training, mentoring and coaching
  • Assists to ensure the punctuality and appearance of all Outlet employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards
  • Attends daily briefings and ensures information is passed on appropriately
  • Ensures timely reporting of malfunctioning or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area
  • Assists the Management with administrative tasks such as breakage reports and notice board updates
  • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures
  • Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors
  • Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

  • Minimum 3 years of similar working experience in Food & Beverage operations



  • High School diploma
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is an advantage

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Business written communication skills
  • Excellent command of English is mandatory, Greek and other languages highly regarded
