Domino’s Pizza is looking to hire a Store Manager.
- Ensure that the financial and administrative requirements of the Store are effectively and efficiently achieved.
- Ensure that the Store operates effectively and efficiently with the object of maximizing profitability whilst achieving sales turnover, market share and other operating goals.
- Together with the National Operation Manager and Assistant National Operation Manager assume responsibility for the annual planning and budgeting process of the store.
- Strong leadership skills and abilities.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
- Previous management experience in the quick service restaurant industry is essential.
- Willingness to carry out all functions within a store including all matters relating to pizza making, cleaning and unloading deliveries.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 16 members.
- Strong work ethic with a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills.
