Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is looking to hire a Store Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the financial and administrative requirements of the Store are effectively and efficiently achieved.
  • Ensure that the Store operates effectively and efficiently with the object of maximizing profitability whilst achieving sales turnover, market share and other operating goals.
  • Together with the National Operation Manager and Assistant National Operation Manager assume responsibility for the annual planning and budgeting process of the store.

 

Main Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and abilities.
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
  • Previous management experience in the quick service restaurant industry is essential.
  • Willingness to carry out all functions within a store including all matters relating to pizza making, cleaning and unloading deliveries.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 16 members.
  • Strong work ethic with a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills.
