At Accor we are currently looking for Spa Therapists to the new Accor opening in Cyprus, the Mercure Beach Resort Larnaca.

About the position:

  • Our Mercure hotel in Larnaca is actively recruiting Spa Therapists, starting mid of February.
  • As a Spa Therapist our guests will enjoy the professional and personalized spa experience you offer. The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will ensure our guests have a memory to share. Working within the Spa Therapy team, you will deliver the highest standards of Wellness Spa therapies.

  • Responsible for providing all guests with customized personal attention that meets and exceeds all of their needs
  • Must be comfortable anticipating guests’ needs and discussing and be responsible for addressing any extra details required to go above and beyond the guest’s expectation
  • Capable and dedicated to delivering high levels of guest care
  • A smart, polished and professional appearance
  • Willingness to drive treatment & products sales
  • A hands-on professional passionate and inspired by all things wellness and spa related
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • By joining us as a Spa Therapist, you will become an Heartist.


Your missions :

  • Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable range of spa services, using professional draping techniques
  • Provide guests with skin treatments with the cosmetics provided by the Spa.
  • Escort all guests to changing rooms, retail/tea area or next appointment.
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests in the treatment areas by name.
  • Advise all incoming guests of treatment procedures, special instructions, and billing information.
  • Inquire as to the guest experience and level of satisfaction with service.
  • Communicate guest request preferences to relevant departments and co-workers.
  • Provide respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests’ needs with a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Always maintain positive guest relations, including in-house guests, day guests, and telephone inquiries.
