Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Senior Trading Training Specialist.

Your role at Exness

  • Conducting online and offline trading trainings (according to training plan/program);
  • Delivering inspiring learning & development solutions to colleagues and managers across the business ensuring that it is delivered in an engaging and customer focussed manner;
  • Conducting tests and assessments, accounting for employees’ training hours attendance;
  • Overseeing, organising and managing workload of other trainers efficiently to deliver strong operational routines;
  • Managing and coaching of the Trading School trainers through the end to end delivery and facilitation principles, reviewing and giving feedback that ensures consistent standards to perform their role successfully;
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts for creating, structuring and formatting information and presentations;
  • Working closely with other members of the Trading School and assist in developing trading material, as well as deliver creative and original ideas;
  • Making sure that all information is correct, current and compliant;
  • Coordinating with Trading School Manager to support effective planning of workshops;
  • Conducting surveys, collecting feedback from training participants;
  • Quickly and efficiently resolving any specific problems in the learning content or processes;
  • Supporting projects on any learning & development assignments as required, supporting business improvement and sustaining change;
  • Following end to end learning & development delivery principles, giving motivational and formative feedback where required;
  • Undertaking research in the field of trading to keep up with new trends (crypto, NFT, etc) on latest developments, as well as providing ideas on improvements;
  • Being Role model for continuous self-development in the area of trading
  • Positively influencing employees to stay motivated and engaged in the subject of trading;
  • Ensuring the appropriate use of corporate name, values and ideology in line with the corporate guidelines;
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Trading School Manager when required.

 

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of teaching, communications or PR
  • Previous experience as a presenter / video host / trainer / educator
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets & financial instrument trading
  • Is comfortable in front of the camera and under spotlight
  • Full command of English language – preferably native speaker
  • (optional) Good command of the Russian language
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Google Office), other information management software
  • Certification related to customer/employee training is an advantage
  • Engaged in trading himself/herself is an advantage
  • Likeable and trustworthy personality, able to create rapport with people of all levels
  • Well-spoken, good reading and analytical skills
  • Good storytelling skills (ability to retain attention)
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to address issues proactively
  • Quick learner, able to understand complex subjects / topics
  • Solid and dependable team member
  • Cool, calm and collected under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, good command of non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise, multitask and exercise time management
  • Strong report writing and record-keeping ability
