Unlimit is looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives on creating a high performance culture, proposing solutions to career development, reward and recognition
• Develop and implement global HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company values
• Ensure consistent HR approach through the whole company
• Facilitate expansion into new markets from a people perspective
• Automate routine HR tasks to improve efficiency
• Coach and develop the the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in international fintech/product IT company
• Ability to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes
• Hands on manager leading by example
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Experience in automation and HR technology
• Experience working collaboratively across departments and with a diverse employee population
• Experience in relocation and mobility programs will be a plus
