Job Description

Our team is currently expanding, and we are currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Back-Office Officer for our offices in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up missing/incorrect documentation.
  • On boarding new clients, according to the KYC procedures and protocols established by the Compliance Department.
  • Maintain accurate client records (KYC, Questionnaire).
  • Amend client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s software.
  • Detect Fraud cases and collaborate with the Compliance Department.
  • Provide information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company and guiding them on how to open an account.
  • Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of client documentation.
  • Forward financial matters and requests to the Payments Department
  • Handling any other ad hoc requests and tasks assigned by line manager
  • Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider (e.g. World Check, etc.).

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in any field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Back office agent is mandatory
  • Fluent in English Language. Any other language knowledge on a fluent level will be considered an advantage.
  • CySEC certificate is considered a plus
  • Good communication and team spirit
  • Excellent skills on attention to detail
  • Computer literate
