Job Description
TopFX is seeking to recruit a talented individual for the position of Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in Limassol. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s client base in all aspects of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to onboard new IB and also handle any inherited networks.
- Growing an extensive and profitable portfolio.
- Building solid relationships with a wide variety of clients including : Retail, Professional and Institutional.
- Retain, support and make sure that existing clients are receiving high quality service that would keep them active.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and introducers through phone, email and Live Person Chat.
- Regularly contact to maintain existing customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate additional business sales outside of contractual agreements.
- Working closely with the marketing department to implement marketing campaigns attracting new clients and improve retention.
Requirements:
- Must have Crypto knowledge and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Forex industry.
- Great knowledge of FX markets and products.
- Excellent speaker of Greek and English, an additional European language will be considered as an advantage.
- Very strong verbal and written communication. teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently.
- Be able to contact webinars and educational videos.
