TopFX is seeking to recruit a talented individual for the position of Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in Limassol. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s client base in all aspects of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to onboard new IB and also handle any inherited networks.
• Growing an extensive and profitable portfolio.
• Building solid relationships with a wide variety of clients including : Retail, Professional and Institutional.
• Retain, support and make sure that existing clients are receiving high quality service that would keep them active.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and introducers through phone, email and Live Person Chat.
• Regularly contact to maintain existing customer relationships.
• Ability to negotiate additional business sales outside of contractual agreements.
• Working closely with the marketing department to implement marketing campaigns attracting new clients and improve retention.

Requirements:

• Must have Crypto knowledge and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Forex industry.
• Great knowledge of FX markets and products.
• Excellent speaker of Greek and English, an additional European language will be considered as an advantage.
• Very strong verbal and written communication. teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently.
• Be able to contact webinars and educational videos.
