D&W Holding, an international financial advisory company in collaboration with a prominent neobank, is championing an innovative banking solution that supports IBANs, SEPA, SWIFT transfers, and crypto settlements, specifically targeting underbanked customers in Europe, the UK, South East Asia, and the Middle East.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and well-organized individual with a profound understanding of the current payments market, adept at prospecting, and skilled in developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Source and acquire new customers while ensuring the retention of the existing customer base.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify new sources of leads and develop strategies for their conversion.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Identify and establish new marketing sources to enhance outreach and engagement.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the collection of documents and the onboarding process for new customers, both corporate and private banking. This involves a comprehensive understanding of customers’ business models and compliance requirements.
  • Utilization of Social Networks: Implement sales strategies through extensive use of social networks such as LinkedIn.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Engage with customers via emails and messengers, actively collaborate within the team, prepare reports, conduct daily follow-ups on meetings and calls, work with specialized software and CRM systems, and participate in relevant events and conferences. Additionally, contribute to the creation of marketing content.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in Business, Fintech, Economics, or Crypto with a focus on sales/marketing of financial products/services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English/Greek/Spanish/Arabic is a significant plus.
