FXCC is looking for to hire an RTO Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise the provision of reception and transmission of orders and execution of orders on behalf of Clients
• Monitor trading platforms to ensure optimal systems performance
• Implement new systems setup, configuration, testing and monitoring for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new trading instruments/product launches
• Monitor the liquidity providers, orders execution, exposures and streaming prices
• Monitor clients’ transactions and activities in daily basis and investigate irregular/suspicious trading activities
• Implement of operational procedures and ensure compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory policies
• Prepare daily reports and other relevant reports as requested by the Senior Management
• Keep up to date with market information and monitor trends on all major assets
• Conduct daily market research analysis
• Liaise with all service providers as needed (e.g. liquidity providers, trading systems vendors, auditors, etc)
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responds

Requirements

• Degree in a related field
• Prior experience in a similar position
• A relevant CySEC certificate
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets
• Excellent knowledge of MT4 platform
• Excellent knowledge of bridges and aggregators
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of risk management
• Good understanding of reporting and best execution
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
