XM is looking to hire a Risk Manager.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Lead risk assessments, including RCSA and ad hoc assessments
• Monitor the overall risk exposure of the company against the Risk Appetite and KRIs
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of the company’s risk framework
• Draft and review internal and external reports (e.g., ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Risk Manager’s Report)
• Draft and review risk management policies
• Support the development of adequate risk management processes
• Contribute to the ongoing monitoring of the company’s compliance with the applicable regulations (e.g., IFR, IFD, CRR)
• Work together with other stakeholders to develop and maintain frameworks, such as the Business Continuity Plan, Incident Management, and so on
• Build strong links with other functions to support risks identification and management

Main requirements:

• Degree in Risk Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• CFA/FRM or any other risk management qualification will be a strong advantage
• At least 5 years of experience including 2 years in a risk management or a relevant function within financial services, fintech, payments, or banking industry
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Very good negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with impact
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
