Alvexo is looking to hire a Retention Officers – Arabic Speaking.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retention Department
• Conducting regular competitor analysis
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and Company policies by the Retention officers
• Providing training to the Retention Officers on the use of the Company’s platform and deposit process
• Preparing reports for the Upper Management
• Managing and evaluating the employees of the Retention Department
• Developing a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities
• Close collaboration and active participation within the activities of the marketing team in the area of campaign creation, lead generation, etc.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation of the organization as a whole

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Cyprus and have a valid work permit
• Excellent Knowledge of the English and Arabic languages both written and verbal is a must
• University /College or other Degree in a relevant field
• At least one-year previous experience in Retention in a regulated financial services company is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
• Ambitious, persuasive and highly self-motivated
