Olinio is looking to hire a Retention Agents.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage ongoing private client relationships.
• Developing and generating trading clients from new leads.
• Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients.
• Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform/financial trading related queries at all times.
• Explaining the payment process mechanism
• Updating clients with ongoing updates on the market.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
• Assisting clients with deposits/withdrawals.
• Following all company’s policies and procedures and ensuring that the relevant compliance obligations are in line with the relevant authority requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience required.
• Fluent English both in written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
• Proficiency with different trading platforms and tools
• Ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues in a highly professional manner.
• Ambitious, passionate, dynamic and highly self-motivated with strong sales skills.
• Self-confident and hunger for success
