Job Description

Eurotrader is looking to hire Retention Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce Eurotrader’s platforms, available assets for trading and marketing promotions to new traders.
  • Follow-up via calls/emails with your assigned traders.
  • Meeting Monthly KPI’s set by the company.
  • Engage with existing clients to support their ongoing needs.
  • Promote further company Financial Product and services to cater prospective needs.
  • Successfully further develop business relationships with clients
  • Answering queries from the Eurotrader client base and providing them with updates on promotions and in-house campaigns.
  • Offering support where needed to clients across all our platforms
  • Able to conduct training and walk through sessions for clients for our products and new offerings.

 

Requirements:

  • Language: English to a professional level (Written, Spoken & Reading) + any other language is an advantage.
  • Previous sales experience in retention.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
  • Team player.
  • Financial market knowledge/trading experience – is a must.
  • Experience using MT5 and MT4: platform setup and walk-throughs etc.
  • Experience using industry relevant calculations: Notional values, Margin, swaps etc.
  • Ability to use and educate traders about the main technical analysis tools.
