Job Description

Parklane Resort is looking to hire a Reservations Supervisor.


  • Understand the overall market, identifies new business opportunities and handles day by day selling procedures to achieve the company goals and maximize the revenue of the hotel.
  • Gains understanding of the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better solution.
  • Ensures the accuracy of the reservations and handles the relationships with the other departments of the hotel, such as front office, sales, revenue, groups & events
  • Keep a good relationship with external partners of the hotel, such as Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and Companies
  • Supervises the activities of the reservation’s agents, trains the department on sales promotions in place, selling strategies, SOPs and guidelines. Ensures the smooth overall operations
  • Handles all the phases of the pre-arrival customer support, encourages customer loyalty and promotes property’s brand standards by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.



  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field (is a plus)
  • 3+ years’ experience in the reservations’ department
  • Excellent Knowledge of English language. Greek is a strong advantage, other languages are a plus.
  • Highly effective communication and organizational Skills
  • Excellent leadership, management, and team building skills
  • Sales oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of IT and Hotel Reservations Systems. Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus
