Pepperstone is looking to hire a Regional Business Development Manager – Arabic speaker

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and purpose driven Business Development Manager to join our talented team as we scale for an exciting phase of growth. In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the Head of Middle East to create and implement sales strategy and carry out new business and premium client management objectives for Pepperstone’s business. With our continued focus on building our brand, you’ll be interacting with our Arabic speaking clients and managing the full client life cycle. We work collaboratively and y ou will be well supported by our marketing and compliance teams to successfully implement the strategy and grow the region.

To thrive in this role, you will be fluent in Arabic and English with a working knowledge of the Forex market in the Middle East, Egyptian or similar background. You are a natural relationship-builder. Your excellent communication skills and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly will allow you to build a strong rapport with clients, influence their decision-making process and handle objections in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Your Skills And Experience

• Proficiency in Arabic and English – essential
• Demonstrated experience working in the Forex and CFD industry with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to proactively collaborate with stakeholders across functions at all levels and cultivate effective working relationships to resolve issues
• Sound written and verbal communication skills, including experience with creating and delivering effective presentations, tailoring information to various stakeholder groups
• Experience in managing projects and implementing change/initiatives
• Sound understanding of financial markets and trading strategy
• Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
• Bachelor’s degree or similar (highly regarded)
