Squared Financial is looking for a Quality Monitoring Officer

About the role

  • Perform AML and regulatory compliance monitoring tasks in accordance with the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Monitoring agents’ communication with clients
  • Ensuring communication is according to regulatory standards
  • Identifying offenses and being able to explain the reasoning behind
  • Implementing the strategies set by the compliance department
  • Implementing internal control procedures
  • Translating documents if needed
  • Works with Compliance Department to continually define Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Responsible for ensuring internal and external customer interactions are handled in compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Assists with reports and other duties that might be requested from Compliance Department and or Supervisors of Call Centre.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English language both writing and speaking
  • Demonstrated work experience in a call monitoring/Compliance role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills
  • Clear and effective writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and assess areas of non-compliance by following detailed rules.
