Squared Financial is looking for a Quality Monitoring Officer
About the role
- Perform AML and regulatory compliance monitoring tasks in accordance with the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Monitoring agents’ communication with clients
- Ensuring communication is according to regulatory standards
- Identifying offenses and being able to explain the reasoning behind
- Implementing the strategies set by the compliance department
- Implementing internal control procedures
- Translating documents if needed
- Works with Compliance Department to continually define Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Responsible for ensuring internal and external customer interactions are handled in compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Assists with reports and other duties that might be requested from Compliance Department and or Supervisors of Call Centre.
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English language both writing and speaking
- Demonstrated work experience in a call monitoring/Compliance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills
- Clear and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and assess areas of non-compliance by following detailed rules.
