• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Address customer requests and escalate to management when needed
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards •
• Proficiency in English, Greek
• Computer literacy – A customer-oriented and professional attitude •
