UTX Technologies is looking to hire a Project Manager.

As Project Manager you’ll make an impact on

• Manage multiple projects throughout the project life-cycle (planning, executing and closing)
• Support projects at all stages and serve as the point of contact for project-related information
• Proactively track all project milestones by interacting with team members on a regular basis; liaise between all departments to plan and ensure success of all projects
• Work closely with production, testing and logistic teams to ensure project deliverables are created according to project specifications and delivered as per project order
• Prioritizing projects based on needs of company
• Update project documentation and manage CRM data processing
• Communicate progress of daily project tasks; seek feedback from department heads and relay information back to Management
• Direct daily issues/risks; prioritize by urgency and communicate progress; escalate as necessary to avoid project delays
• Ensure questions and requests to all teams involved in project are answered in a timely fashion
• Ability to establish and maintain a good relationship with key partners

Your toolbox

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in project planning or project management, execution and reporting; a desire to grow in the field of Project Management
• Proficient in MS Office tools to include MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Previous CRM experience a plus

Would be considered an advantage:

• PMP or equivalent PM certification
• Mobile Telephony and RF technology knowledge
