Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Project Administrator.

You will:

  • Support in building strategic planning processes for strategy cascading, follow up and review
  • Support and develop process of planning in the Company
  • Work closely and manage project relationships and communications with multiple stakeholders from different departments while having exposure on a variety of projects and understanding quite well the progress, delays, etc.
  • Support in creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for project management e.g. risk register, budget etc. as well as progress reporting to the top-management
  • Contribute majorly to the team efforts in delivering outstanding projects
  • Manage and work closely with external vendors and service providers where required to drive projects forward
  • Arrange meetings with stakeholders and ensure participation and preparation of materials in advance
  • Participate in status meetings and distribute meeting notes, agendas, materials, recorded decisions etc.

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Holder of a University Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven 3+ years of working experience in project management/administration (previous experience in Big 4 companies or consulting houses would be considered as an advantage)
  • A thorough approach to work and attention to details
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to determine best approach for new assignments or projects with general instructions
  • English language is a must – any other language would be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience in fintech industry will be considered as an advantage
  • PM certifications (PMBoK, PRINCE2 or others) would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple stakeholders, work and communications streams simultaneously
