Job Description:
- Own the end to end lifecycle and product delivery, product roadmap definition and communication
- Plan, oversee and launch new company products related to Trading Platforms as well as recognize opportunities for improvement of internal business processes and existing products
- Develop new product opportunities through market research and combine those findings according to business objectives and deliver quality results and outputs to satisfy product stakeholders
- Engage with business heads to research and understand their needs
- Prepare technical specifications requirements and work closely with Software Development team for the product design and feature development
- Write PRD & MRD
- Improve current UX experience through ongoing market research and competitive analysis
- Facilitate clients’ and partners’ portal vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping user experiences for digital products
- Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market by bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all teams involved
- Pro-actively manage project risks and drive issues to resolution with effective communication methods and actions to product stakeholder
Person Specification:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role as Dealer or Product Manager
- Technical background will be considered as an advantage
- Understanding full project life cycle & SDLC
- Ability to collaborate across departments with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking
- Fluency in English to a professional business level is compulsory
