Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for the improvement of customer experience by product hypotheses generation and validation based on data analysis. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital product and operations.

Your role at Exness

  • Improve customer and product understanding to find potential for improvements;
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven quantitative analyses;
  • Generate and check hypotheses based on data (A/B testing);
  • Maintain and update customer journey funnels and unit-economics calculation across
  • various acquisition channels;
  • Translate data analysis and data insights into visuals for non-technical audiences;
  • Design prediction and clusterization models using ML;
  • Collaborate with BI and Technology teams to improve data management approach;


The ideal candidate

  • Higher education (not lower than a bachelor’s degree) with a large component of mathematical modelling (applied mathematics, information technology, physics, economics, technical and natural sciences).
  • 3+ years of experience in Amplitude, Google Analytics, BigQuery, R/Python;
  • Deep understanding of product and business metrics of B2C products (Fin-tech, Gaming, Gambling, eCommerce);
  • Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory (correlations, effects, anomaly detection);
  • Strong experience with predictive machine learning modelling;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (complex queries, analytic functions);
  • Ability to formalise and visualise the results of the data analysis;
  • Excellent data analysis skills (3+ years of BI/Analytics experience);
  • Upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written).
