Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Procurement Officer.

You will:

  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist the Procurement team to handle daily tasks in the Jira Service Desk
  • Ensure that all procured items/ services meet the required quality standards and requirements
  • Assist with cost and benchmarking analysis
  • Assist with the management of the Exness Vendor Database
  • Manage vendor creation tasks in Jira and Odoo ERP system
  • Assist with the Procurement page in Confluence
  • Liaise with the other departments of the company to ensure the timely processing of all purchase orders
  • Report to the Senior Procurement Specialist on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Perform any other tasks which can be assigned by the Senior Procurement Specialist or Head of Procurement

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field preferred
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of procurement experience (preferably in IT and Professional services category)
  • Understanding of Procurement Cycle, Policies, and Procedures
  • Good communication skills, negotiation skills are an advantage.
  • Good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
  • Jira and Odoo experience / other ERP system users’ experience will be a plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a Team
  • Results and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to engage in analytic and independent thinking
  • Ability to be able to adjust to the changes
  • Ability to use time effectively and productively
  • Demonstrates ability to deliver results within scope of responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate or interact well with other people using empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence.
