Job Description

Olinio is looking to hire a Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration of the office.
  • Keeping a diary and appointments.
  • Arranging travel.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Secretarial tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as office administrator or receptionist.
  • Good skills of excel.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
