Job Description

Centro Team is looking to hire a Personal Assistant.

Duties:

Administrative:

  • Maintain a calendar: schedule appointments, conference calls & business meetings
  • Make reports and create presentations
  • Do online business research & find the best deals
  • Follow up on all new contacts after conferences, business meetings, and networking events
  • Turn spoken ideas, plans, and agreements into tasks with deadlines
  • Checkpoint reminders for internal and partners tasks
  • Manage bill payments & expense reports
  • Personal errands (including driving from A to B)

 

Tradeshows:

  • Book travel like a Pro!
  • Research & order promotional items
  • Keep inventory of promotional items
  • Book flights & hotels for staff
  • Register staff
  • Ability to travel when required

 

Requires:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Personal/Executive Assistant experience in an IT company is a must
  • Fluent in English & Russian
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Goal Management skills: ability to set tasks, control their implementation, the ability to achieve results
  • Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently upon completion of training
