Job Description

The Role

The Performance Marketing Analyst will focus on driving a culture of data-driven decision-making through their findings on, and interpretation of, campaign performance across paid and display channels, campaign insights across subgroups (regional, channel, and other dimensions) and customer profiling. Data and Analysis are key to our business success, so you will liaise with the marketing team to scope core digital reporting requirements, and also work closely with the Data Scientists and members of the IT team.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously and driving your own direction. Your understanding of data sources and data points, paired with your strong communication and stakeholder management skills will allow you to quickly establish yourself as the go-to person for digital insights.

 

Your days will include, but not limited to:

Providing analysis and insights on campaign performance and developing a clear understanding of digital data sources and data points
Responding to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders across the business
Developing and maintaining digital reporting using BI tools
Deriving a digital insights glossary, tracking and measuring insights determined by you to be important for interpreting our digital landscape

 

About you:

  • Data manipulation experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, R, Python, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in DWH like Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud BigQuery, Google Analytics and DMPs
  • Experience across BI reporting tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather and define requirements and present analyses, insights, and strategic recommendations
