Job Description

The Paralegal, Complaints Coordination will be reporting to the Department’s Office Manager, providing support to the Department’s Executive Office functions, deal with customer’s complains, manage the Contract Approval Process, and support the Gaming Operations

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drafts and reviews agreements/contracts for a wide range of subjects including but not limited to Marketing, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Marketing department and the DPO of the company
  • Researches GDPR, AML regulations, identifies gaps and formulates the policies and procedures
  • Monitors submissions for the organization with the Registrar of Companies
  • Monitoring the GDPR & Legal framework
  • Files agreements and board resolutions electronically (ability to understand their subject matter)
  • Assists in assigning work to department team members as per specialization and their involvement in various tasks/projects/assignments
  • Provides various support to the department’s team members as and when needed




Skills/Competencies & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience as an in-house legal department or in a professional corporate environment
  • Degree in Business Administration or another relevant subject
  • Excellent MS Office suite knowledge, especially PowerPoint & Word
  • Ability to craft board resolutions
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must
  • Very good communication skills – speaking and writing especially in the English language
  • Thorough and detail oriented
  • Good multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a paperless office
  • Excellent negotiation skills and coordination between departments
  • Excellent ability in legal term’s writing
  • Previous experience in the gaming or banking industry will be considered as an advantage
