Job Description
Exness is looking to hire a Organizational Change Manager.
Your role at Exness:
You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of organization-wide changes. You will also focus on managing transformational initiatives that impact organizational strategy, structure, business processes, and systems. You will own the change through resistance, uncertainty, and changing circumstances to ensure that your work has a real and tangible impact on the company and real positive results of each and every change.
You will:
- Develop and implement change in the key organizational management processes strategy development and cascading, organizational structure, operational planning, and KPI management to ensure that they support achieving the desired vision, are supported by the responsible people, and have a sufficient level of automation.
- Review and update the approach to organizational process management to develop an optimal approach and describe and optimize processes providing clarity and efficiency of work for the involved teams.
- Oversee key automation initiatives, such as tools for strategy, operational planning, KPI management systems, HRIS, and others.
- Assess and anticipate the impact of change on stakeholders and design communication and engagement plans to support change adoption.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams.
- Provide support to leaders and managers to help them lead and manage their teams through change.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans and approaches as needed.
What we expect from you:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of management or finance
- 10 or more years of experience in organizational change management within IT companies
- Knowledge and skills in systemic and psycho-dynamic approaches in change management
- Successful experience in business process-management implementation
- Experience in the organizational management-automation field
- Fluency in English
- Change management expertise, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices as well as experience leading change initiatives and helping individuals and teams navigate through change
- Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term vision for the organization’s change management efforts, including the ability to see the big picture and align change initiatives with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and project teams
- Project management know-how, including the ability to plan and execute change initiatives effectively, monitor progress, and adjust plans and approaches as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, to assess the impact of change on the organization and identify solutions to overcome resistance to change
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment with other professionals, including HR, IT, and other business functions in order to develop and execute change initiatives
Nice to have:
- Experience in leading management consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Big4
- Implementation of ERP or its parts for an organization of 2000+ FTE
- Project management certifications like PRINCE2
